Abstract

This article highlights the importance of emotional intelligence in the future pedagogical personality in the modern era. It also emphasizes the need for the teacher to work on himself, develop reflexive practice, form important professional qualities, and improve self-management competencies. The term "intelligence" is also interpreted semantically, and the role of emotional intelligence in the development of the pedagogical personality is analyzed based on the work of foreign researchers.
