Abstract

This article analyzes the importance and effectiveness of leadership based on emotional intelligence in managing Generation Z children. Generation Z (young people growing up in the era of digital technologies) is distinguished by independent thinking, rapid information processing, and high social activity. Therefore, traditional approaches may not be sufficiently effective in managing them. The study examines a leadership model based on Emotional Intelligence and highlights its role in establishing effective communication with children, increasing motivation, and creating a positive psychological environment. The article analyzes how the main components of emotional intelligence—self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills—are applied in working with Generation Z. It also substantiates that the integration of emotional intelligence with modern leadership approaches increases the effectiveness of educational and upbringing processes.
