Environmental Management as an Ethical System of Relations between Humans and the Environment

Abstract
The article considers environmental management as not only a managerial and organizational mechanism, but also as an ethical system of relations between man, society and nature. The humanistic and axiological foundations of environmental management, the connection of environmental responsibility with the concept of sustainable development and the ESG approach are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the role of environmental leadership, environmental culture and education in the formation of a new model of interaction between man and the surrounding world.
