Abstract

This article discusses the development of artificial intelligence (AI) in mass communication (MC) and the presentation of content tailored to users’ interests, behavior, and needs. However, the spread of false information through anonymity has become one of the major problems today. As a result, the need for ethical guidelines and control systems for the use of AI is emphasized.
