Abstract
The article examines the prospects for implementing the principles of the “green” economy in the architectural design of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Modern approaches to sustainable architecture, energy-efficient construction, and the use of environmentally friendly technologies under the conditions of urbanization and climate change are analyzed. The study explores the possibilities of applying renewable energy sources, eco-friendly building materials, and elements of “green” infrastructure within the architectural environment of Uzbekistan. The main challenges in implementing sustainable design principles are identified, including insufficient funding, limitations in the regulatory framework, and a shortage of qualified specialists. As a result of the research, promising directions for the development of “green” architecture have been determined, contributing to the improvement of environmental sustainability and the energy efficiency of buildings.
