Abstract
This article analyzes the economic efficiency of implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data technologies in the management of higher education institutions (HEIs) within the digital economy. The study examines data-driven management models, mechanisms for forecasting student academic performance, and approaches to optimizing university resources. Furthermore, the potential of utilizing the HEMIS system data for economic and strategic decision-making is discussed, and practical recommendations are formulated.
