Ushbu maqolada bo'lajak informatika fani o'qituvchilarining raqamli kompetentligini Yevropa DigComp 2.2 Framework asosida rivojlantirishga mo'ljallangan adaptiv mobil elektron ta'lim resursi — DigiComp Platform taqdim etiladi. HTML5, CSS3 va JavaScript texnologiyalari asosida qurilgan platforma maxsus server infratuzilmasini talab etmaydi. Nazariy asoslari Mikro-ta'lim, Flipped Learning, Blum taksonomiyasi hamda ADDIE, SECTION va SAM loyihalash modellarini o'z ichiga oladi. Adaptiv diagnostik kirish testi har bir o'quvchi uchun beshta kompetentlik sohasi bo'yicha daraja aniqlab, shaxsiy o'quv yo'lini avtomatik shakllantiradi.
