Abstract

The article explores the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the innovative management system of an educational institution. The evolution of management approaches is analyzed, tracing the transition from basic automation to data-driven intelligent management. The paper examines key areas of AI application within administrative processes, marketing, human capital management, and the design of individualized learning pathways. Furthermore, a methodology for assessing the economic efficiency of implementing AI-driven solutions is proposed, prominent international experience is reviewed, and the primary infrastructural, human resource, and ethical barriers to AI transformation in the educational environment are systematized
