Abstract
This article investigates the pedagogical mechanisms for improving educational effectiveness in the modern preschool education system within the context of international experience and STEAM pedagogy. The study analyzes the role of the STEAM approach, which is based on the integrated teaching of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, in developing critical thinking, creative initiative, independent problem-solving, and research competencies in preschool children. A comparative analysis of preschool education models in countries such as Finland, Japan, Singapore, Sweden, and South Korea was conducted. Based on this, 5 core implementation mechanisms and a set of practical recommendations were developed to adapt their advanced methodologies into the educational framework of Uzbekistan.
