Foreign Experience in the Use of Resource-Saving Technologies in Agriculture under the Green Economy

Abstract
This article analyzes the advanced experience of foreign countries in applying resource-saving technologies in agriculture based on the principles of the green economy. The study examines the best practices of countries such as Israel, the Netherlands, Japan, France, Vietnam, Italy, and Uruguay. The results show that drip irrigation systems achieve water savings of 30–50%, digital and precision farming technologies increase crop yields by 10–20%, and biomass and waste management systems based on circular economy principles reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The article provides recommendations on practical mechanisms and prospects for implementing these experiences in our country.
