Abstract
This article examines the processes of formation and key development trends of the "green" economy within the context of the global transition toward sustainable development. The author analyzes approaches to integrating environmental requirements into traditional economic models while preserving their competitiveness. The study explores instruments for stimulating eco-innovations, challenges in financing environmental projects, and the balance between short-term business costs and long-term efficiency growth.
