Abstract
This article studies the creation of a national avatar image for virtual environments through the integration of digital cultural heritage, 3D modeling, artificial intelligence, and XR technologies. A national avatar is interpreted not only as a digital character, but also as a semantic-visual model that represents cultural identity in virtual space. The proposed conceptual approach includes the digitization of national clothing, ornaments, colors, anthropometric proportions, facial expression, cultural attributes, and movement style. The model consists of cultural data collection, semantic labeling of visual attributes, 2D sketching and 3D mesh generation, PBR texturing, rigging, and integration into real-time virtual environments. In addition, evaluation criteria are proposed for national identity, technical quality, realism, ethical compatibility, and user experience. The results justify an algorithmic model for creating national avatars applicable to virtual education, cultural heritage, tourism, and metaverse platforms.
