DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY: UZBEKISTAN’S EXPERIENCE AND INSTITUTIONAL FACTORS

Abstract
This article examines the processes of innovative development of economic systems in the context of the digital economy. The institutional foundations and current technological mechanisms of digital transformation in Uzbekistan are analyzed. Key directions of digital technology influence on economic growth and competitiveness are identified. A practical model for developing a digital ecosystem through public-private partnership is proposed.
