Abstract
This article examines the convergence of three key areas of modern computer science: Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Software Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Based on the analysis of current research, global statistics, and practical case studies, systemic interrelationships are identified, technological challenges are determined, and approaches for integrating these disciplines within the context of the digital transformation of the economy and society are proposed. Particular attention is paid to the MLOps methodology, large language model architectures, and modern DevSecOps practices.
