THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED DIGITAL PLATFORMS ON PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY AND TEAM SPIRIT IN HYBRID TEAMS: AS A FACTOR IN THE FORMATION OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT COMPETENCIES

This article comprehensively analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of digital platforms based on artificial intelligence (SI) in ensuring psychological safety in hybrid teams, strengthening team spirit, and forming sustainable development competencies. The study aims to study the communicative, socio-psychological, and management factors arising from the integration of remote and traditional work activities in organizations in the context of modern digital transformation. The article scientifically substantiates the capabilities of artificial intelligence technologies in a hybrid work environment to optimize communication processes, form effective cooperation between team members, increase the speed and accuracy of decision-making, and monitor the emotional state of employees. It also highlights the fact that the adaptive analysis, automated management, and data-based recommendation functions of SI platforms contribute to the formation of an environment of psychological safety in organizations. The article considers innovative mechanisms for effective management of hybrid teams based on the concept of “human-technology” integration, and justifies the need to maintain a balance between technological efficiency and human factors when using SI technologies. The results of the study confirm the important role of artificial intelligence-based platforms in implementing sustainable development strategies in organizations, developing human capital, and increasing corporate efficiency.
