Abstract
The article examines modern team-building technologies in the teaching staff of general education schools as an important factor in supporting young teachers. The essence of team building, its role in improving the effectiveness of teacher interaction, creating a favorable psychological climate, and improving the management system of educational institutions are revealed. Particular attention is paid to modern team – building technologies such as mentoring, pedagogical coaching, professional interaction trainings, collaborative design of educational activities, and the use of digital collaboration platforms. It is substantiated that the effective organization of teamwork contributes to the successful adaptation of young specialists, the development of professional competencies, and the improvement of the quality of the educational process.
