Abstract
This article analyzes the relationship between logistics and management efficiency based on an economic-mathematical model. The study examines the impact of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and digital technologies on organizational performance. A specialized model is proposed to evaluate logistics efficiency, covering production volume, service quality, inventory costs, and time factors. The results indicate that integrating logistics principles into management enhances overall efficiency and competitiveness.
