Abstract
This article presents the results of the development and testing of automated software designed to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of water resources in cascaded canal and hydraulic structure systems. The computational core of the software is based on solving the Saint-Venant differential equations using the Preissmann implicit scheme, while the decision-support expert system was developed through the integration of Python and C# programming languages. The conducted software quality assurance (SQA) tests demonstrated high computational performance and an accuracy level of up to 98.5% for the proposed digital solution.
