IMPROVING STUDENTS' COGNITIVE ACTIVITY IN A DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF SCIENTIFIC VALIDITY AND CONSISTENCY

Abstract

This article examines the development of students' cognitive (learning) activities in the modern digital educational environment. In the era of intense information flow, the pedagogical necessity of adhering to the principles of scientific validity and consistency in the educational process is justified. The study analyzes the impact of digital technologies, the STEAM approach, and innovative platforms on students' thinking abilities. Furthermore, practical recommendations have been developed for fostering independent and analytical thinking among students, ensuring systematic information perception, and properly distributing cognitive load. The conclusions of the article are of significant importance for improving the methodology of digital pedagogy.
