LEGAL LACUNAE IN THE REGULATION OF THE E-COURT AND ODR SYSTEMS AND PROSPECTS FOR THEIR IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
This study analyzes the electronic court system, its legal foundations, the legal nature of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), its main types and international regulatory framework, as well as the possibilities for implementing this system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The research is based on documents of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), regulations of the European Union, and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article identifies legal and technical shortcomings in e-court and ODR systems and proposes scientific and practical measures for addressing them.
