Abstract
This research paper analyzes the electronic court system and its legal foundations, alongside the legal nature, primary types, and international regulatory framework of the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) system. It further explores the prospects and feasibility of implementing this system within the Republic of Uzbekistan. The research is underpinned by an analysis of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) guidelines, European Union Regulations, and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Concurrently, the limitations inherent in both the e-court and ODR systems are identified, accompanied by comprehensive methods and proposals for their resolution.
