ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT STATUS AND SYSTEMIC PROBLEMS OF USING ELECTRONIC LEARNING RESOURCES IN TEACHING "THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF INFORMATICS" IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive and deep analysis of the current empirical state, pedagogical monitoring systems, and systemic imbalances of utilizing traditional electronic learning resources in the process of teaching "Theoretical Foundations of Informatics", which serves as the fundamental cornerstone for training professional IT specialists in higher education institutions. The study categorizes the content quality of existing learning management systems (LMS), didactic-methodological and cognitive-psychological problems of e-resource design (cognitive overload and cognitive disorientation phenomena), pedagogical staff readiness crises within the framework of TPACK and DigCompEdu models, and software-ergonomic constraints (UI/UX, cross-platform stability, SCORM/xAPI integration) of current systems. The necessity of transitioning monitoring mechanisms from traditional statistical criteria to AI-based intelligent and adaptive methodologies (Learning Analytics) and implementing the cloud-based "SmartEduLab" platform is scientifically substantiated.
