ETHICAL STANDARDS FOR MODERN COMMUNICATION, GEOINFORMATION, AND INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGIES IN THE FUTURE EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract

This study provides a historical and scientific analysis of the “ethical gap” arising when modern technological progress, particularly artificial intelligence (AI) and geoinformation technologies (GIT), advances faster than legal and ethical standards. As a solution, the authors propose the TA-GE-SO-TEX (Education–Geoinformation–Artificial Intelligence–Technology) conceptual model, a proactive paradigm designed to ensure balance in the future education system. A three-layer mathematical model has been developed, incorporating interrelated Lotka–Volterra-type dynamic expressions, differential equations, and boundary conditions aimed at ensuring ecosystem sustainability, information confidentiality, and academic integrity. The model’s eight core components—ethics, education, ecology, law, pedagogy, information, technology, and aesthetics—are also substantiated within a hierarchical system. The practical significance of the article lies in developing recommendations for creating a smart, secure, and spatially balanced digital environment for Uzbekistan’s education system.
