PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF INCREASING FRUSTRATION TOLERANCE IN STUDENTS

Abstract
This article discusses the psychological foundations of increasing the level of frustration tolerance (resilience) in students. The importance of stabilizing the psychological state of young people, forming a positive attitude in stressful situations, and developing their social adaptability by strengthening their inner strength and patience is emphasized. Also, ways to develop frustration tolerance are analyzed based on psychological approaches, historical and cultural foundations, and the views of great thinkers.
