PROSPECTS FOR THE APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN SEED PRODUCTION AND THE CULTIVATION OF MELON CROPS

Abstract
This scientific article analyzes the modern prospects of applying artificial intelligence technologies in seed production and melon crop cultivation processes. The study highlights the importance of AI-based digital technologies in assessing seed quality, early detection of diseases, forecasting crop yields, and optimizing irrigation and fertilization processes. In addition, the article substantiates that the use of sensors, drones, smart monitoring systems, and data processing algorithms in melon crop cultivation contributes to resource efficiency and improvement of crop quality. The paper also examines the economic efficiency, environmental advantages, and practical implementation challenges of artificial intelligence in agriculture, as well as possible solutions to these issues. The research findings demonstrate that artificial intelligence technologies are an important factor in the innovative development of seed production and melon-growing sectors.
