It also examines the use of renewable energy sources, improvements in energy efficiency, the development of green financing mechanisms, and the provision of environmental security. Particular attention is paid to Uzbekistan’s cooperation with international financial institutions, its commitments under the Paris Climate Agreement, and the impact of the green economy on the country’s sustainable development. The study substantiates that integrating green economy principles into the national development strategy is an important factor in ensuring economic growth and environmental sustainability.
