THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN IMPROVING EDUCATION QUALITY: CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS

Abstract

This paper analyzes the role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in improving educational quality, key challenges, and future prospects in this domain. It examines AI's impact in adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring, automated assessment and administrative optimization. It also discusses challenges such as ethical concerns, digital inequality, academic integrity and the evolving role of the teacher. Findings draw on the latest scholarly sources from 2024–2026.
