Gender aspects of educational experience and their impact on student loyalty

Abstract

The article examines the gender aspects of students’ educational experience and their impact on the formation of loyalty to educational institutions. It analyzes social and cultural gender expectations, the nature of interactions between teachers and students, and the role of peers in the educational environment. Special attention is given to the influence of gender stereotypes on academic engagement, access to educational opportunities, and students’ sense of belonging to the university. The study shows that gender-oriented practices and inclusive educational approaches contribute to increased learning satisfaction and the strengthening of student loyalty. The author concludes that there is a need to implement gender-sensitive educational policies to create an equal and supportive academic environment.
