INSTITUTIONAL FACTORS FOR ENSURING INNOVATIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract
This article analyzes the institutional factors that ensure innovative economic development in the context of digital transformation. It argues that digital transformation becomes economically effective only when technological modernization is supported by legal certainty, digital governance, human capital, infrastructure, and innovation ecosystems. The study identifies key institutional conditions that can strengthen the link between digital technologies and innovation-based economic growth.
