IMPROVING THE INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS FOR DEVELOPING A GREEN ECONOMY MODEL IN NAMANGAN REGION

Abstract
This article examines the improvement of institutional mechanisms for developing a green economy model in regions, using Namangan Region as a case study. The study analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the green economy, the integration of environmental sustainability and economic efficiency, and the institutional factors affecting regional development. It also identifies problems related to the use of renewable energy sources, the development of waste recycling systems, the improvement of environmental monitoring, and the attraction of green investment. The article systematically presents the institutional, economic, environmental, and socio-innovative mechanisms of the green economy model. Based on the analysis, scientific and practical recommendations are developed for Namangan Region, including expanding public-private partnership mechanisms, encouraging environmental innovation, introducing resource-saving technologies, and digitalizing environmental governance.
