IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS THROUGH INTERACTIVE METHODS

Abstract

This article discusses the improvement of the professional activity of primary school teachers through interactive teaching methods. It analyzes the importance of interactive methods in developing teachers’ professional competence, methodological preparedness, creative approach, and effective communication skills with pupils in the modern educational process. The article also highlights that the use of methods such as “Brainstorming,” “Cluster,” “Case Study,” “Group Work,” and “Insert” in primary education helps increase pupils’ activity, independent thinking, and interest in lessons. Interactive methods are considered an important factor in enhancing teachers’ pedagogical skills, organizing the lesson process effectively, and improving the quality of education.
