МЕХАНИЗМЫ ИНКЛЮЗИВНОГО РОСТА ТУРИЗМА НА ОБЪЕКТАХ ВСЕМИРНОГО НАСЛЕДИЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВОЙ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ: ЭКСПЛОРАТОРНОЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ САМАРКАНДА

Аннотация
Цифровая трансформация коренным образом меняет экосистему культурного туризма на объектах Всемирного наследия. В данном эксплораторном исследовании, посвящённом Самарканду, Узбекистан, раскрываются структурные механизмы, определяющие инклюзивный рост туризма на объектах культурного наследия в условиях цифровизации. Анализ документов государственной политики и коммуникации на цифровых платформах выявляет выраженный парадокс: с одной стороны, цифровизация значительно усиливает глобальную узнаваемость Самарканда, а с другой — лежащие в её основе алгоритмические структуры и механизмы распределения цифрового трафика формируют «платформоцентричную концентрацию». Такая асимметрия направляет туристические доходы и контроль над туристическим нарративом преимущественно в сторону знаковых и наиболее посещаемых достопримечательностей, структурно вытесняя местные традиционные сообщества в состояние цифровой невидимости и экономической маргинализации. Для преодоления этих структурных противоречий предлагается четырёхмерная ко-симбиотическая модель, охватывающая культурную, экономическую, социальную и управленческую сферы и формирующая более справедливую траекторию цифрового развития объектов наследия в развивающихся странах.
