Аннотация
Цифровая трансформация гостиничной индустрии значительно ускорилась, при этом широкое распространение получили передовые интеллектуальные технологии, включая терминалы самообслуживания, автоматизированных роботов, системы интеллектуального управления гостиничными номерами и платформы на основе искусственного интеллекта. Однако быстрое внедрение этих технологий приводит к ряду операционных трудностей, которые влияют как на благополучие сотрудников, так и на качество предоставляемых услуг. Данное исследование основано на углублённых интервью с 25 сотрудниками первой линии и менеджерами младшего звена высококлассных гостиниц Китая. На основе этих интервью были выявлены пять основных проблем. С использованием данных, полученных в ходе интервью, и соответствующих научных публикаций была разработана комплексная система решений. Она включает технические усовершенствования, программы развития компетенций сотрудников и совершенствование управления. Результаты исследования не только расширяют теоретическое понимание взаимодействия человека и технологий в сфере гостиничного бизнеса, но и предлагают практические рекомендации для менеджеров гостиниц.
