RAQAMLI TRANSFORMATSIYA SHAROITIDA JAHON MEROSI OBYEKTLARI TURIZMINING INKLYUZIV O‘SISH MEXANIZMLARI: SAMARQAND MISOLIDAGI EKSPLORATOR TADQIQOT

Annotatsiya
Raqamli transformatsiya Jahon merosi obyektlaridagi madaniy turizm ekotizimini tubdan o‘zgartirmoqda. O‘zbekistonning Samarqand shahri misolida olib borilgan ushbu eksplorator tadqiqotda raqamlashtirish sharoitida meros turizmining inklyuziv o‘sishini belgilovchi tarkibiy mexanizmlar tahlil qilinadi. Davlat siyosatiga oid hujjatlar va raqamli platformalardagi kommunikatsiya tahlili yaqqol paradoksni ko‘rsatadi: bir tomondan, raqamlashtirish Samarqandning global ko‘rinuvchanligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi, ikkinchi tomondan esa uning asosidagi algoritmik tuzilmalar va trafikni taqsimlash mexanizmlari “platforma markazlashgan konsentratsiya”ni yuzaga keltiradi. Ushbu nomutanosiblik turizm daromadlari va turistik narrativ ustidan nazoratni asosan eng mashhur va eng ko‘p tashrif buyuriladigan obyektlar tomon yo‘naltiradi, natijada mahalliy an’anaviy jamoalar raqamli ko‘rinmaslik va iqtisodiy chetlashuv holatiga tushib qoladi. Ushbu tarkibiy ziddiyatlarni bartaraf etish maqsadida madaniy, iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy va boshqaruv yo‘nalishlarini qamrab oluvchi to‘rt o‘lchovli ko-simbiotik model taklif etiladi. Mazkur model rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlardagi meros obyektlari uchun yanada adolatli raqamli rivojlanish yo‘lini shakllantirishga qaratilgan.
