Ushbu maqolada DigiComp Platform — bo‘lajak informatika o‘qituvchilarining raqamli kompetentligini Yevropa DigComp 2.2 raqamli kompetensiyalar doirasi asosida rivojlantirish uchun ishlab chiqilgan adaptiv mobil elektron ta’lim resursi (ETR) taqdim etiladi. Platforma HTML5, CSS3 va JavaScript asosida yaratilgan bo‘lib, alohida server infratuzilmasini talab qilmaydi. Uning nazariy asoslari mikrota’lim, teskari ta’lim, Blumning qayta ko‘rib chiqilgan taksonomiyasi hamda uchta o‘quv dizayni modeli — ADDIE, SECTION va SAMni o‘zida birlashtiradi. Adaptiv diagnostik kirish testi har bir ta’lim oluvchining beshta kompetensiya sohasi bo‘yicha tayyorgarlik darajasini aniqlaydi va shaxsiylashtirilgan ta’lim yo‘lini shakllantiradi. Maqolada platformaning modulli arxitekturasi, to‘rt bosqichli dars formati, baholash tizimi va uni o‘quv jarayoniga integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar bayon etilgan.
