Mehnat bozorini texnologik o'zgarishlar qayta shakllantirgan bir paytda maktab ta'limi faqat bilim uzatish funksiyasidan chiqib, fikrlash tarzini o'stirish platformasiga aylanishi zarur. Maqolada STEAM (Fan, Texnologiya, Muhandislik, San'at, Matematika) konsepsiyasi asosida tashkil etilgan integratsiyalashgan o'qitishning maktab o'quvchilarida innovatsion fikrlash ko'nikmalarini rivojlantirishdagi samaradorligi tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot 48 nafar tajriba va 46 nafar nazorat guruh ishtirokchisini qamrab olgan holda sakkiz haftalik pedagogik intervensiya shaklida amalga oshirildi. Pre-test va post-test o'lchovlari asosida beshta kognitiv ko'rsatkich taqqoslandi. Tajriba guruhida innovatsion g'oya yaratish 45 f.p., jamoaviy hamkorlik 33 f.p., tanqidiy tahlil 32 f.p. ga oshdi; umumiy o'rtacha o'sish 35 f.p. ni tashkil etdi. Nazorat guruhida o'zgarish 3–5 f.p. bilan cheklandi. Scratch, micro:bit va robototexnika modullari o'quvchilarning mustaqil qaror qabul qilish faolligini 4-haftadan boshlab sezilarli oshirdi. Tadqiqot STEAM-ta'lim to'g'ridan-to'g'ri o'lchash mumkin bo'lgan kognitiv samara berishi mumkinligini ko'rsatib, O'zbekiston maktablarida fanlararo ta'limni kengaytirish uchun empirik asos yaratadi.
